Language Development of Autistic Children on Syntactic Acquisition in Indonesia through Story Stimulus

Purpose: This study shows that children with Autism Spectrum Disorder experience difficulties in communicating. Theoretical framework: difficulty is the form of limited syntactic complexity which has an impact on low ability autistic to produce language, so it will also have social life and sustainability children's learning. investigates language development related provision storytelling stimuli are calculated using Mean Length Utteranc. Design/Methodology/Approach: Study uses a descriptive qualitative research case approach. Findings: These findings indicate based observations production abilities through Utterance, can be seen there differences development, especially field syntax before after being given fairy tale stimulus. Syntactic 12 calculations showed fluctuating graph, contrast developmental conditions stimulus, subject experienced increase tended stable. Research, Practical & Social implications: Based stimulus given, this type fable very appropriate great demand by mild category autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Originality/Value: The authors declare no potential conflicts interest respect research, authorship, publication article.
